The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a global score of 84.7, which is slightly better than Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 general score. Although Asus ROG Phone 5 is way newer than the Huawei P20 Pro, it's heavier and notably thicker. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a little bit better processing power than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a much better looking screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2448 resolution and a bit bigger display. The Asus ROG Phone 5 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality photos, a much higher 64 megapixels resolution camera and a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 5's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Huawei P20 Pro one, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a way better battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size.
