The Motorola DROID Turbo has a little better hardware performance than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has less CPU cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Huawei P20 Pro takes better photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P20 Pro also has higher 30 frames per second video frame rates, a larger camera aperture for better low light photos and videos and a way more mega-pixels camera.

The Huawei P20 Pro has a bit longer battery performance than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei P20 Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, giving up a couple specs and features.
