Comparison review
Galaxy M30s has a score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro's overall score of 81.4. The Galaxy M30s body is newer than the Huawei P20 Pro's, but it's thicker and a bit heavier. Both devices in our current comparison include Android operating system, but the Galaxy M30s has the newer 11 version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance improvements.
Galaxy M30s counts with a screen that's very similar to Huawei P20 Pro's screen, because although the Galaxy M30s has a little bit lower display density, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution. Huawei P20 Pro has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy M30s, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei P20 Pro counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a lesser mega pixels camera in the back and a worse 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a larger aperture and a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality. The Galaxy M30s has more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy M30s has a way better battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 50 percent bigger battery capacity.
