Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a global score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 general score. Although it's the best we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a somewhat heavier and thicker cellphone than Huawei P20 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features just a bit better looking display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution, a better number of pixels per inch of display and a little bit larger display.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 has a bit better processor than Huawei P20 Pro. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.

The Huawei P20 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Note9 both feature similar batteries. The Huawei P20 Pro captures better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and video and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a much bigger sensor.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 is more expensive than Huawei P20 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
