Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 XL is just a bit better than the Huawei P20, with an 82.9 score against 78.1. Google Pixel 4 XL is a newer cellphone than Huawei P20, although it is a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. The Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit superior CPU than Huawei P20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Google Pixel 4 XL features a little sharper display than Huawei P20, because it has a little larger display, a better 1440 x 3040 resolution and a just a little higher screen pixel density. The Huawei P20 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 128 GB internal memory.
Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit better battery performance than Huawei P20, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity. Huawei P20 takes clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a smaller aperture, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel 4 XL, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei P20, letting go some specs and features.
