Comparison review
Huawei P20 is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 8, with a global score of 78.1 against 77.4. The Huawei P20 is a a lot newer cellphone, and it is also lighter and just a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 8. The Huawei Mate 8 and Huawei P20 have quite similar CPUs, both of them have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Huawei P20 counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2244. The Huawei P20 shoots clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a back camera with a much lower 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB. The Huawei Mate 8 has greater battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3400mAh.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Huawei P20 is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making it a great choice.
