Comparison review
Huawei nova 5T has a score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than Huawei P20's 78.1 general score. These phones work with Android OS, but the Huawei nova 5T has the older 10 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Huawei nova 5T body is newer than Huawei P20's, but it's just a bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
The Huawei nova 5T features just a bit better performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei nova 5T also has 2 GB more RAM. Huawei nova 5T and Huawei P20 both count with quite similar screens, because although the Huawei nova 5T has a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit bigger display.
The Huawei nova 5T shoots better photographs and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Huawei nova 5T also has a back facing camera with a way better resolution and a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos.
The Huawei nova 5T's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as the Huawei P20 one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei nova 5T has just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei P20, because it has a 3750mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei P20. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei nova 5T, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei P20, resigning a couple features and specifications.
