Comparison review
LG G8S ThinQ is slightly better than Huawei P20, with a general score of 82.5 against 78.1. Both of these devices come with the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding OS features. The LG G8S ThinQ construction is newer than the Huawei P20's, although it's just a little bit heavier and just a little thicker.
LG G8S ThinQ features a little better performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM. LG G8S ThinQ features a display that's very similar to Huawei P20's display, because although the LG G8S ThinQ has a just a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2248 resolution.
The Huawei P20 shoots clearer pictures and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, although it has lower video frame rates, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a same size camera aperture and a same resolution camera in the back. The LG G8S ThinQ features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a bit better battery performance than Huawei P20, because it has a 3550mAh battery size.
