Huawei P20 is a little bit better than the LG Q8, with a 78.1 score against 77.2. Although Huawei P20 is somewhat heavier than the LG Q8, it's just a bit thinner and also newer. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
LG Q8 features a much better screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher screen density.
