The Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Moto G8 Plus, having a 78.1 score against 77.6. The Huawei P20 is an older phone than Moto G8 Plus, but Huawei was able to make it thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. The Huawei P20 has a bit better hardware performance than Moto G8 Plus. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
Huawei P20 has just a bit better display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel count per display inch. Motorola Moto G8 Plus counts with a bigger memory for applications and games than Huawei P20, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Moto G8 Plus counts with improved battery life than Huawei P20, because it has an 18% greater battery capacity.
