The Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Moto G8 Power, getting a 78.1 score against 76. The Huawei P20 body is somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner than Moto G8 Power, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version, so it gives you some nice extra features.

Huawei P20 features a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2244px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels quantity per screen inch. Huawei P20 has just a bit better performance than Moto G8 Power. They have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.

The Motorola Moto G8 Power features a bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G8 Power features a way better battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.

The Huawei P20 and the Moto G8 Power have really similar cameras, because although the Moto G8 Power has a tinier sensor taking lower quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos.

The Huawei P20 costs more money than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
