Comparison review
Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Play, getting a 78.1 score against 76.7. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Huawei P20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto G9 Play has Android 10, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and optimized performance. Huawei P20's design is lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Moto G9 Play, even though it was released many years before.
The Huawei P20 has a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G9 Play. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Huawei P20 counts with a sharper screen than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1080 x 2244 and a way higher display density.
The Moto G9 Play features a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P20, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Moto G9 Play features a superior camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Moto G9 Play also has faster video frame rate, a much larger camera sensor taking way better quality photographs and videos, a camera in the back with much more mega pixels and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photography.
The Moto G9 Play features a superior battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
