Comparison review
The Motorola One Hyper has a general score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 overall score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android operating system, but the Motorola One Hyper has the previous 11 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Motorola One Hyper's body is newer than the Huawei P20's, although it is somewhat thicker and heavier.
The Huawei P20 has a bit sharper screen than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch. Motorola One Hyper counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Motorola One Hyper also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB.
Huawei P20 has a little faster processing unit than Motorola One Hyper. Both have 4 GB of RAM and 8 cores. Motorola One Hyper counts with a much better camera than Huawei P20, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
The Motorola One Hyper counts with improved battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it is more expensive than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P20. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Huawei P20, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
