Comparison review
The Galaxy A51 is a little bit better than Huawei P20, with an 85.5 score against 78.1. Even though the Galaxy A51 is newer than the Huawei P20, it's just a little thicker and a bit heavier. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Galaxy A51 has the older 11 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P20 features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A51, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A51's processor is very similar to Huawei P20's processor, both of them have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor. Samsung Galaxy A51 has improved battery performance than Huawei P20, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy A51 captures better videos and photos than Huawei P20, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a back camera with lot more megapixels and a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs.
Samsung Galaxy A51 is a little more expensive than Huawei P20, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
