Samsung Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Huawei P20's general score of 78.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy S8 is older and a little thicker than the Huawei P20, it's design is still a little lighter. The Galaxy S8 features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P20, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy S8 also has a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a higher pixel density.
Galaxy S8 has a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Galaxy S8 counts with a processing unit that's just as good as the Huawei P20 one, both have a 4 GB RAM and 8 processing cores.
Huawei P20 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 13 percent greater battery size. The Huawei P20 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 MP resolution, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P20 also counts with a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
