Comparison review
Galaxy XCover Pro has a general score of 81, which is a bit better than the Huawei P20's general score of 78.1. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy XCover Pro has the previous 11 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy XCover Pro is a newer phone than the Huawei P20, but it is noticeably thicker and a lot heavier.
The Huawei P20 features a bit better screen than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2244 resolution, it also counts with a quite better pixel count per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a quite bigger storage for applications and games than Huawei P20, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy XCover Pro's processing unit is very similar to the processing unit in Huawei P20, both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy XCover Pro has superior battery lifetime than Huawei P20, because it has a 4050mAh battery size against 3400mAh. Huawei P20 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution and a smaller aperture which is worse for taking photographs in low light environments, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video definition and a way bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei P20. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy XCover Pro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Huawei P20, giving up some features and specifications.
