Xperia 1 III is better than Huawei P20, having a overall score of 93.3 against 78.1. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xperia 1 III is a a lot newer cellphone than Huawei P20, but it's a little thicker and heavier.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a sharper screen than Huawei P20, because it has a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840, a higher pixel density and a bit bigger display. The Xperia 1 III has a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Huawei P20, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 1 TB.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a little faster CPU than Huawei P20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM.
