Comparison review
The Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Sony Xperia Z3, having a 78.1 score against 77.3. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Huawei P20 is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it's also just a little bit lighter and thinner than Sony Xperia Z3.
The Xperia Z3 counts with a more vivid display than Huawei P20, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, a quite smaller display and a little inferior pixels amount per inch of screen. The Huawei P20 features a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Xperia Z3 has just a little better performance than Huawei P20, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Huawei P20 has a little better battery lifetime than Xperia Z3, because it has a 6% more battery capacity.
Xperia Z3 takes slightly better videos and photos than Huawei P20, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a 0.43 inches sensor and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a back camera with a way better resolution.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Sony Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Z3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei P20, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Sony Xperia Z3, giving up some features and specifications.
