The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is just a bit better than Huawei P20, getting a score of 81 against 78.1. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the previous 12 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Xiaomi 12S Ultra's body is much thinner and lighter than Huawei P20.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra features a sharper display than Huawei P20, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a bigger screen and a just a little greater pixels density. The Huawei P20 counts with a much greater hardware performance than Xiaomi 12S Ultra, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra shoots way better videos and photos than Huawei P20, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light photos and video, it also counts with a way more mega pixels back-facing camera, a bigger back camera sensor which provides a better image and video quality and a lot better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a much greater storage for games and applications than Huawei P20, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi 12S Ultra counts with a really longer battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 4800mAh battery size.
