Comparison review
The Huawei P20 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a 78.1 score against 76.6. These phones use Android operating system, but Huawei P20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, so it provides you a lot of extra features and increased performance. Although the Huawei P20 is notably older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's body is somewhat thinner and lighter.
The Huawei P20 has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2244 resolution, it also counts with a quite better pixel density. The Huawei P20 has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P20 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei P20 has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a very superior battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a little bit better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video resolution and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, the Huawei P20 is also cheaper than the other phone.
