Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than Huawei P30 Lite's 77 global score. Galaxy Note9 is a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier device than the Huawei P30 Lite. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little bit better screen than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a just a little higher pixel amount per inch in the display and a little bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Huawei P30 Lite's one, both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and equal internal storage. Galaxy Note9 features a bit better CPU than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 shoots better pictures and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a way tinier camera sensor which gives a lot worse photo and video quality and a back camera with a much lower resolution, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light situations.
