Comparison review
The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition is just a bit better than the Xperia 5, getting a overall score of 85.9 against 81. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, Huawei P30 Pro New Edition is a heavier and just a little thicker cellphone than Xperia 5. The Xperia 5 features a little sharper screen than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution and a just a little better display density.
The Sony Xperia 5 features a little bit better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. Xperia 5 has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a better camera than Xperia 5, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same video frame rates and a same size camera aperture, the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition also has a lot larger sensor and a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels. Huawei P30 Pro New Edition features superior battery duration than Xperia 5, because it has a 34% larger battery capacity.
