Comparison review
The Huawei P30 Pro is slightly better than Google Pixel 2, getting a global score of 82.1 against 81.6. Huawei P30 Pro is a newer cellphone than Google Pixel 2, but it's a bit thicker and incredibly heavier. Google Pixel 2 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has a much smaller display and a little lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels density.
The Huawei P30 Pro counts with a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P30 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Google Pixel 2 and Huawei P30 Pro count with extremely similar memory to store more games and applications, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P30 Pro takes much better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P30 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture, a camera with way more mega pixels and a way bigger back camera sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality.
