Comparison review
The Galaxy A80 has a global score of 84.9, which is slightly better than the Huawei P30 Pro's general score of 82.1. Despite being the best cellphone in our current comparison, Galaxy A80's construction is thicker and heavier than the Huawei P30 Pro. Huawei P30 Pro features a slightly better display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a little smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little better display pixels density.
Huawei P30 Pro counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. The Huawei P30 Pro takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy A80, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera with less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture and a larger back-facing camera sensor.
The Huawei P30 Pro and the Galaxy A80 count with very similar memory for applications and games, both have the same 128 GB internal memory. Huawei P30 Pro features a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 3700mAh.
