Comparison review
The Galaxy M30s is a bit better than the Huawei P30 Pro, getting a global score of 83.3 against 82.1. Galaxy M30s's construction is just a little thicker but a little lighter than the Huawei P30 Pro, and both of them were released with only 6 months difference. The Galaxy M30s and Huawei P30 Pro have incredibly similar displays, because although the Galaxy M30s has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P30 Pro features just a bit better performance than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P30 Pro also has more RAM. Huawei P30 Pro has a slightly better camera than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a camera with a lower resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor and a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low light environments.
Galaxy M30s features a better storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M30s counts with a very superior battery duration than Huawei P30 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
