The Huawei P40 lite 5G is just a bit better than OnePlus 8, getting an 83.4 score against 76. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, the Huawei P40 lite 5G is an a bit heavier and just a bit thicker device than OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 has just a little better hardware performance than Huawei P40 lite 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM.
The OnePlus 8 features a more vivid display than Huawei P40 lite 5G. They have a display of the same size, the same display pixels density and the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution. The OnePlus 8's memory capacity to store more games and applications is just as good as the Huawei P40 lite 5G one, they have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity.
OnePlus 8 has a little better battery lifetime than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because it has an 8% more battery capacity. The OnePlus 8 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it has a back-facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution and a worse video resolution, they both have a same size camera aperture.
