Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite is a little bit better than the Huawei P20, having a general score of 79.5 against 78.1. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Huawei P40 Lite is a newer phone than the Huawei P20, but it is a little heavier and somewhat thicker.
Huawei P20 counts with a processor that's very similar to Huawei P40 Lite's CPU, and although the Huawei P20 has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Huawei P20 has a slightly better display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Huawei P40 Lite has just a bit better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same diafragm aperture and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a bigger back camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
The Huawei P20 has as much storage for applications and games as the Huawei P40 Lite, they have the same internal storage. Huawei P40 Lite counts with longer battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Huawei P40 Lite is also the cheapest one, making it a simple decision.
