Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is a little bit better than Galaxy M31s's score of 88. Even though the Huawei P40 Pro and Galaxy M31s were released only 4 months apart, Huawei P40 Pro's body is just a little bit thinner but just a little bit heavier. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Pro has 10 version and Galaxy M31s has Android 11 version.
The Huawei P40 Pro features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because it has a quite larger screen, a quite better 1200 x 2640px resolution and a little bit greater pixels amount in each inch of display. The Huawei P40 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 Pro shoots clearer videos and photos than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, a much less mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor. Galaxy M31s has a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31s also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a much longer battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 43% more battery size.
