Comparison review
Huawei P40 is much better than Huawei P8max, with a overall score of 86.4 against 72.1. Huawei P40's construction is extremely newer and incredibly lighter than the Huawei P8max's, although it is somewhat thicker. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P40 has the previous 10 version and Huawei P8max has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
Huawei P40 has just a little better processing power than Huawei P8max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 has a slightly better looking display than Huawei P8max, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a higher amount of pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P40 has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P8max, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei P8max features a little longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has a 15% greater battery capacity.
The Huawei P40 has a very superior camera than Huawei P8max, because it has a lot more megapixels back camera, a larger camera aperture for better low-light photos and a lot better video definition.
