The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is much better than Huawei P8max, getting an 85.3 score against 72.1. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has 11 version while Huawei P8max has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 construction is notably newer and thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Huawei P8max.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a much better display than Huawei P8max, because it has a bigger screen, a little bit better pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 1892 x 2688 pixels. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little bit better performance than Huawei P8max, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with just a bit bigger memory for applications and games than Huawei P8max, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
