Galaxy Note 4 is better than Huawei P8max, having an 81.6 score against 72.1. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version while Huawei P8max has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Even though Galaxy Note 4 is older and thicker than the Huawei P8max, it's construction is still way lighter.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features an incredibly better screen than Huawei P8max, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Huawei P8max counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB, the Huawei P8max also has more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a little bit better performance than Huawei P8max, because although it has 4 lesser processing cores , and they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei P8max, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a higher resolution camera in the back and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Huawei P8max has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 35% greater battery size.
