The Galaxy S7 has a score of 79.5, which is better than the Huawei P8max's 72.1 score. The Galaxy S7 construction is incredibly lighter but thicker than the Huawei P8max, and both were released with only 8 months difference. Huawei P8max features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores (but slower).
The Galaxy S7 features a way better display than Huawei P8max, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher pixels density and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. Samsung Galaxy S7 shoots way better photos and videos than Huawei P8max, because although it has a camera with a lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos and video and a lot better (4K) video definition.
The Huawei P8max has more memory for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 72 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage. The Huawei P8max features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has a 4360mAh battery size.
