The Galaxy S9 has an overall score of 83.3, which is much better than the Huawei P8max's score of 72.1. Galaxy S9's design is incredibly newer and noticeably lighter, but thicker than the Huawei P8max. The Galaxy S9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei P8max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S9 also has 1 GB more RAM.
Galaxy S9 counts with a sharper display than Huawei P8max, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better display pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960. The Galaxy S9 shoots way better photos and videos than Huawei P8max, because although it has a back facing camera with less MP resolution, it also counts with a lot larger camera aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments and a much higher video resolution.
Galaxy S9 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P8max, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S9 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB. The Huawei P8max counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 4360mAh of battery capacity.
