Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a general score of 78.2, which is slightly better than the Huawei P8max's score of 72.1. Although Xiaomi Redmi 9T is a lot thicker than the Huawei P8max, it's somewhat lighter and much newer. Both phones we are comparing use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi 9T has 10 version while Huawei P8max has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T and Huawei P8max feature extremely similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a higher amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Xiaomi Redmi 9T has just a bit better screen than Huawei P8max, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit higher screen density.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a greater camera than Huawei P8max, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better photography and videos in low light environments and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a better memory to store more games and applications than Huawei P8max, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a way better battery life than Huawei P8max, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4360mAh.
