Comparison review
The Huawei Mate Xs has a general score of 91.6, which is way better than Huawei P8 Max's 72.6 global score. Huawei Mate Xs's design is notably newer, but noticeably heavier and much thicker than the Huawei P8 Max. Huawei P8 Max has a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate Xs, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a bit smaller screen and a bit less pixels per inch in the display.
Huawei Mate Xs has a much bigger storage for apps and games than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate Xs features a better processor than Huawei P8 Max, because it has a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate Xs takes a lot better videos and photos than Huawei P8 Max, because it has a much higher video definition, a back camera with a lot higher 40 megapixels resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photography and videos. Huawei Mate Xs features just a bit longer battery life than Huawei P8 Max, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4360mAh.
