The LG G7 ThinQ is better than the Huawei P8 Max, with an 81 score against 72.6. Although LG G7 ThinQ is somewhat thicker than Huawei P8 Max, it's extremely lighter and also notably newer. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS, but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P8 Max has Android 5.0.
The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px.
