Galaxy A40 is slightly better than the Huawei P8 Max, with a 79.6 score against 72.6. Even though the Galaxy A40 is somewhat thicker than the Huawei P8 Max, it's lighter and also much newer. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy A40 has newer 11 version and Huawei P8 Max has Android 5.0.
