Comparison review
Galaxy Alpha is just a bit better than Huawei P8 Max, getting a 76.3 score against 72.6. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Alpha has the older 4.4.4 version while Huawei P8 Max has Android 5.0. The Galaxy Alpha body is notably lighter and a little bit thinner than the Huawei P8 Max.
The Galaxy Alpha and Huawei P8 Max feature really similar displays, although the Galaxy Alpha has a lot smaller screen, a just a little less pixels per display inch and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720px. Huawei P8 Max counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Galaxy Alpha has a better processing power than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores (and faster). Huawei P8 Max features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 134 percent bigger battery capacity.
Galaxy Alpha counts with a much better camera than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a back camera with lesser mega pixels and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photographs or videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a lot better video resolution.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Galaxy Alpha is also a lot cheaper, making it a no doubt choice.
