Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is a little bit better than the Huawei P8 Max, getting a score of 78.1 against 72.6. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has the previous 4.4.2 version while Huawei P8 Max has Android 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus body is much lighter than the Huawei P8 Max, although it is somewhat thicker and was released only 10 months before.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features just a bit better display than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with more pixels per inch of screen. The Huawei P8 Max features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a SD memory slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Huawei P8 Max also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S5 Plus features a superior processor than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus takes much better videos and photos than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and videos in low light environments, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 video definition and a more megapixels back facing camera.
Huawei P8 Max counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 56 percent larger battery size.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is also by far the cheapest, making it an easy decision.
