Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a score of 78.1, which is a bit better than Huawei P8 Max's 72.6 general score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Huawei P8 Max has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge construction is newer and a lot lighter, but a little bit thicker than Huawei P8 Max.
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a bit sharper display than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a lot better display pixel density. Huawei P8 Max counts with a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds 72 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity.
Galaxy S7 edge features a bit better processor than Huawei P8 Max, because it has 3 more cpu cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Huawei P8 Max features better battery lifetime than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4360mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge counts with a way better camera than Huawei P8 Max, because although it has a lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light environments and a much better video resolution.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone an obvious call.
