Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is better than the Huawei P9 Plus, getting an 84.2 score against 75.5. Although Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is incredibly newer than the Huawei P9 Plus, it's noticeably thicker and incredibly heavier. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has an older 14 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The Huawei P9 Plus features a very superior processor than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a more vivid display than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bigger display and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 5500mAh battery size against 3400mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much better camera than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a way bigger sensor shooting lot better quality photographs and videos, a back-facing camera with a lot better 50 MP resolution and a larger camera aperture for better low light captures.
