Huawei P20 is slightly better than Huawei P9 Plus, with a 78.1 score against 75.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 has 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it gives some additional features and enhanced performance. The Huawei P20 body is way newer, but a bit thicker and just a little heavier than Huawei P9 Plus.

The Huawei P20 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Huawei P20 also has a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution, a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger diafragm aperture.
