Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a global score of 82.1, which is a little bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus's global score of 75.5. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's design is notably newer than Huawei P9 Plus's, but it is heavier and just a little bit thicker. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
