Xperia 5 has a global score of 81, which is a bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus's global score of 75.5. Xperia 5's body is notably newer than Huawei P9 Plus's, but it is just a little heavier and thicker. Sony Xperia 5 has just a bit better looking screen than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2520 resolution, a quite bigger screen and a bit greater number of pixels per inch in the display.
Sony Xperia 5 has just a little better processing power than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 5 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
