Comparison review
The vivo X60 Pro has a global score of 78.8, which is slightly better than Huawei Y9 (2019)'s 73.5 score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the vivo X60 Pro has the previous 11 version and Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo. The vivo X60 Pro construction is a lot newer and a little thinner, but a little heavier than the Huawei Y9 (2019).
The vivo X60 Pro has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Y9 (2019), because although it has a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2376 and a quite larger display. The vivo X60 Pro counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei Y9 (2019), because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
