The LG Phoenix has an overall score of 43.9, which is slightly better than Icemobile Galaxy Prime's overall score of 39.9. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG Phoenix has older 2.2 version while Icemobile Galaxy Prime has Android 2.3.6.
