HP Veer 4G has a score of 40.5, which is a bit better than Karbonn A18+'s overall score of 37.5. HP Veer 4G works with webOS 2.1 operating system, while Karbonn A18+ comes with Android 4.2 operating system. The HP Veer 4G has a much better performing CPU than Karbonn A18+, because it has a GPU and a larger number of cores.

HP Veer 4G features a slightly better looking display than Karbonn A18+, because although it has a way worse resolution of 400 x 320px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel count in each screen inch. The HP Veer 4G has a camera that's very similar to the Karbonn A18+ one, they have the same resolution back facing camera.

HP Veer 4G counts with a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Karbonn A18+, although it has no SD memory card expansion slot. Karbonn A18+ features a superior battery life than HP Veer 4G, because it has 2000mAh of battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone in our current comparison, the HP Veer 4G is also a lot cheaper, making this phone a no doubt choice.
