T-Mobile myTouch Q has an overall score of 42.5, which is a little bit better than the Karbonn A2+'s overall score of 39.4. T-Mobile myTouch Q is a a little bit thicker and extremely heavier device than Karbonn A2+. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but T-Mobile myTouch Q has older 2.3.6 version while Karbonn A2+ has Android 4.0 version.
T-Mobile myTouch Q counts with a bit superior CPU than Karbonn A2+. Both of them have 1 cpu cores. The Karbonn A2+ features a slightly better screen than T-Mobile myTouch Q, because it has a little bit bigger display, a way higher resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a better quantity of pixels per display inch.
