T-Mobile myTouch Q is a modest Android phone launched in 2011, packing a 5 megapixels back camera, a fast 1 GHz CPU and a 3.5 inches multi touch screen.
Apparently T-Mobile decided not to care about this phone weight at all, releasing it with a 5.64 oz weight. This cellphone is quite thick for today's standards, with a thickness of 0.51". This phone is 4.76 inches long and 2.5" wide, but it is only able to pack a smaller 3.5" display.
T-Mobile designed this phone with an average 3.5 inches screen, and a 480 x 320 resolution, making everything look nice. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.
T-Mobile decided to power this device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 system chip, backed up by a powerful processor clocking at 1 GHz with 512 MB of RAM.
The T-Mobile myTouch Q has only a 5 megapixels back-facing camera. This phone also shoots videos in 1280x720 (HD) at 30 frames per second. This device also features auto-focus and flash.
This cellphone comes with a medium sized 1500 mAh Li-Ion removable battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will probably need to charge it if you use it heavily. According to T-Mobile, the T-Mobile myTouch Q has an estimated talk time of 3.3 hours and a stand by time of 280 hs.
The T-Mobile myTouch Q has WiFi connection (which can be provided to other devices as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G connection type, that is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and fast 3G connection type, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The T-Mobile myTouch Q uses a SIM card to use GSM services.
This cellphone also features a few useful features such as Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
The T-Mobile myTouch Q is very expensive considering it is offerred for 75 dollars, and some similar phones are being sold for much less than that.
