The LG Optimus M has an overall score of 45.6, which is just a bit better than T-Mobile myTouch Q's 42.5 overall score. The LG Optimus M is an older and thicker cellphone than the T-Mobile myTouch Q, but LG made it a little bit lighter anyway. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (operating system), but the LG Optimus M has older 2.2 version while T-Mobile myTouch Q has Android 2.3.6 version.
